No Restocking Fee

Jim Moir passes bags of oyster shells to Rob Raneiri, both of Martin County, before they get passed down a bucket brigade line of 20 more volunteers. The group is helping to line the St. Lucie Estuary with more than 500 bags of oyster shells that will encourage reef growth donated from area resturants.
